WE CRE8 was established in 2018 as a locally driven concept with an aim of becoming a destination for aspiring local designers.
WE CRE8 features over 700 talented local designers providing products ranging from clothing and accessories to perfumery and other lifestyle goods. WE CRE8’s online platform has been launched in aims of further supporting the dreams of rising designers to help them pivot onto the global fashion stage.

The platform complements its offline offerings, optimizing the infrastructure in place. WE CRE8 online also offers a full range of services for merchants and customers alike including marketing, fulfillment, pick-up options, delivery, customer service solutions and more.

The company acquired a distressed mall that had been on the market for six years, it was transformed to Park Avenue – one of the largest lifestyle destinations in Saudi Arabia with more than 10 million visitors annually. Park Avenue continues to rise as one of the most sought-after destinations for people in Riyadh.
Park Avenue features more than 150,000 total square meters of space. 72,000 square meters are for retail stores, 11,000 square meters are for the mall’s ‘Boulevard’ area and 13,000 square meters make up a dedicated entertainment area.

Lavoya focuses on franchising and acquiring global brands, bringing them to the region and launching them in upscale locations across the GCC and Saudi Arabia. Lavoya was established with the purpose of significantly transforming the dining Barbar experiences by introducing new and experiential casual dining concepts to reshape the F&B industry in Saudi and the GCC

Barbar, a casual Lebanese food eatery, has been a staple for 42 years in Beirut. Lavoya opened the first branch in Dubai which has been very successful. Currently, operations for opening new locations in Riyadh and Qatar are underway.

Joe & the Juice is a Danish food & beverage company founded in central Copenhagen in 2002 by Kaspar Basse. Using high-quality, natural, and organic ingredients, Joe & the Juice offers freshly prepared juices, shakes, coffee, and sandwiches.
Dave’s Hot Chicken
Street food sensation turned fast-casual hit, Dave's Hot Chicken is known for bringing the heat. Specializing in Nashville-style hot chicken, the restaurant is well known for its tenders and sliders to the region! Lavoya has opened a number of locations across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar to satisfy the cravings of chicken lovers!
